I'm a Workplace Learning Professional living in Palm Springs, California. I'm intrigued by the idea of Blogging Wikia and look forward to seeing how this community develops. I currently have two blogs which I take responsibility for:

I'm currently an independent consultant working with companies taking a strategic looking at the role of learning in their organization Either rethinking their current training efforts or thinking about how to implement effective and efficient learning programs, I bring creativity and wide ranging knowledge and experience to provide solutions for the unique problems each organization faces.

Web 2.0 applications and their viable use in learning are a focus for me. Whether you believe the term Web 2.0 is just a marketing gimic or a real movement in software development, I think it's hard not to see these tools as evolutionary. They are what the internet has always promised to be. In education, they bring us ever so close to fulfilling the goal of personalized education that has loomed like a brass ring just out of reach since the 1950's.
