Blogger's Code of Conduct name

One thing we should have learned by now from the license wars is to give names to things which aren't just a recitation of the topic, because eight million other codes of conduct will appear soon. This code appears, because of the slashdot page, to have originated with O'Reilly; please confirm. If so, "The O'Reilly Blog Code" might be an appropriate title (thankfully, the acronym OBC is available.)

It is very, very important that this code be named immediately, to prevent confusion with other codes of conduct, and to help establish the need for names for when inspiring other bloggers who see the need for one of these codes.
